Youth Parliament

Youth Parliament is a significant activity in Kendriya Vidyalayas, aiming to foster leadership skills, democratic values, and civic engagement among students. Modelled after the Indian Parliament, students participate in debates, discussions, and legislative processes to address mock issues and propose solutions. Youth Parliament sessions provide students with a platform to voice their opinions, develop public speaking skills, and understand the functioning of a parliamentary democracy. These activities help students become informed and responsible citizens while promoting teamwork, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
